Below is my response to Governor-General Quentin Bryce’s attempt to avoid Vice Regal responsibility for a humanitarian disaster that has taken the lives of an unknown number of people.

Re your letter dated 1 February 2013.
Your statement that “the Governor-General cannot become involved in this issue” is most definitely a case of “Too little, too late.” As you are fully aware, paragraph 5 of the Australian Constitution states:
“This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State;”
Clearly, neither the Governor-General herself nor any of her staff can exempt Her Excellency from the legal consequences of unconstitutional legislation that has resulted in perhaps as many as 12,000 thousand preventable fatalities. Furthermore, the Westminster Coroner’s Court Inquest into the death of Jacintha Saldanha has received a copy of the statutory declaration enclosed with this letter along with many other documents that I believe empirically aid in validating the “Covert Holocaust” and “culture of reckless indifference” statements. Like it or not, the Governor-General is most definitely deeply involved.
Traditionally, coroners were “Crowners” who function was to investigate ‘mysterious deaths’ to determine if money or other assets could be taxed or seized by the Crown. As such, British coroners represent the Crown and since my statutory declaration links the Crown, through the Governor-General, to legislation that has traumatized millions and triggered an as yet un-numbered series of suicides, it is paramount that impartiality must be ensured by maximizing transparency. To aid in this process, I am providing vested interest parties with relevant documentation.
