The Donoghue Decision: “Good neighbour” versus Australia’s “appropriate compliance measures” murders.

Stevenson, highlights the failure of the Australian Federal Government to meet its duty of care obligations to welfare recipients, with the result that an as yet undisclosed number of officially “irrelevant” deaths have occurred.
