The Donoghue Decision: “Good neighbour” versus Australia’s “appropriate compliance measures” murders.

A 1932 House of Lord decision. Donoghue v. Stevenson, highlights the failure of the Australian Federal Government to meet its duty of care obligations to welfare recipients, with the result that an as yet undisclosed number of officially “irrelevant” deaths have occurred. These deaths are now the subject of a complaint to the International criminal Court alleging Genocide and Crimes against Humanity on a holcaust scale.
